JULES STEIN EYE INSTITUTE
UCLA Stein Eye Institute is a vision-science campus dedicated to the preservation and restoration of vision through its global programs and innovative research, quality patient care, and multidisciplinary, integrative education, all with community outreach.
VISION TO LEARN
Vision To Learn provides students the glasses they need to succeed in school and in life. Our mobile vision clinics help to provide vision screenings, eye exams, and glasses directly to underserved children at schools and communities, free of charge.

At the Southern California Eye Institute, it is our mission to combat vision loss through the finest clinical care and world-class research. TZU CHI MEDICAL FOUNDATION
In Chinese, “tzu” means compassion and “chi” means relief. The Tzu Chi Medical Foundation launched its first free clinic in California in 1993, dedicated to providing patient-centered, high-quality community health services to low-income individuals.
RAYMOND RENAISSANCE SURGERY CENTER
Raymond Surgery Center was designed by Dr. Tawansy, who had a vision of providing his patients with excellence in eye care in a contemporary and family oriented environment. Our surgery center team accepts referrals of challenging patients from all over the world for intense treatment and visual rehabilitation. We strive to provide all patients with inspired care and creative solutions in a respectful and comforting environment.

AMERICAN PRINTING HOUSE FOR THE BLIND
APH empowers people who are blind or visually impaired by providing accessible and innovative products, materials, and services for lifelong success.
OPHTHALMIC TECHNICIAN EDUCATION PROGRAM (OTEP)
The Ophthalmic Technician Education Program (OTEP) at the Southern California Eye Institute is one of only 14 programs nationally, and the only one in California that prepares individuals to become Ophthalmic Technicians. The one-year OTEP program integrates academic coursework, technical skills, and clinical training in preparation for a career as an ophthalmic technician.
WAYFINDER FAMILY SERVICES
We provide families with a supportive community and resources so they can thrive. Originally founded in 1953 as the Foundation for the Junior Blind, we initially enabled blind and visually impaired children to lead fuller, more independent lives. Today, Wayfinder strives to achieve equity for all our clients, most of whom are low-income people of color. We serve nearly 20,000 children, youth, adults and family members annually.

GUIDE DOGS OF AMERICA
In addition to providing guide dogs to people who are blind or visually impaired, Guide Dogs of America now also provides custom trained service dogs to military veterans, children with autism, and professionals who work in facilities with others who benefit from animal assisted intervention
FOUNDATION FIGHTING BLINDNESS
The mission of the Foundation Fighting Blindness is to fund research that will lead to the prevention, treatment and cures for the entire spectrum of retinal degenerative diseases, including retinitis pigmentosa, macular degeneration, Usher syndrome, Stargardt disease and related conditions.
